Advocate Supervisor (Harlingen, Del Rio, McAllen)

The advocate supervisor oversees a team of advocates, and provides clinical consultation for all cases on the team’s assigned caseload. The supervisor is responsible for ensuring compliance with all program and agency policies and procedures. Clinical licensure (LCSW, LPC-S) preferred.


Advocate (McAllen, Laredo, Del Rio)

The advocate is responsible for using sound professional judgment and best practices to ensure quality case management, mentoring, and advocacy services are provided to the service population, especially in crisis situations, while maintaining compliance with established program, state, and federal standards. Survivors are strongly encouraged to apply.

Community Advocate (McAllen, Houston)

The community advocate is responsible for using sound professional judgment and best practices to support victim identification and referral in the community, while maintaining compliance with established program, state, and federal standards.


Well-Being Liaison (Houston or San Antonio preferred, all Texas locations considered)

The Well-Being Liaison is a seasoned clinician with experience serving survivors, and oversees advocate vicarious trauma prevention and advocate self-care efforts.
